Use: Contributes to the normal function of central and peripheral nervous system. Reduces the effects of stress and anxiety. Helps for a peaceful and complete, healthy sleep.
Recommended dose for daily intake:
One to two capsules in the evening before meals.

- No side effects or adverse interactions with medicinal products or other dietary supplements have been identified.
- Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

The recommended daily dose sufficient in most cases is 1 capsule in the evening with a meal. In this way, a pack of SEDA REX 30 capsules would be enough for a month’s intake.
The maximum daily dose of 2 capsules daily is usually recommended for more severe conditions. The intake is 2 capsules in the evening or 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening, if you do not drive or perform other activities requiring higher concentration during the day.
As with all herbal preparations the effect of accumulation of biologically active ingredients in the body is extremely important. Therefore, for a stable effect the intake is 1-2 months, and for а maximum and lasting effect it is three monts.. Then it is good to take a break of about a month. Depending on the achieved effect you can continue with a prophylactic dose of 1 capsule daily.
For children 10 to 12 years of age, the recommended dose is 1 capsule daily with meals. Over 12 years of age, the dose is the same as for adults. For children under 10 years of age, we can unfortunately not recommend the product due to the concentrated herbal ingredients.
